Access to the river

Description

Please open up as many access points as possible to the River from Marshall Street. 15th street, the end of 14th Street, the end of 16th street as it meets the RR tracks, and Water street are examples of under utilized access to the river. With signs we can let people know the river is very close and accessible. Please make access points VERY visible. I would also like to see our own "grand rounds" with-in Sheridan. A walking loop within our neighborhood that goes along the river and into the 13th Ave district would be great. Also many people use Marshall St as a commuter route, lets let them know about the 13th Ave business area from Marshall street.

I would like to see more green in the form of trees on Marshall Street.

Artistically design archways into Sheridan from our busiest streets would be helpful and improve perception. Perhaps an archway from Marshall Street to the 13th Ave business district would draw more people into the business area of 13th. I'd also love to see a coffee shop ON Marshall Street as so many people drive on Marshall Street.
